RATES INCLUDE

1. Single consignment with normal access delivery within normal business hours

2. Transport from port of entry to residence, unloading, return of empty container within 50 mile
radius of port/terminal

3. Unpacking, placing of items of flat surface

4. Basic furniture assembly

5. Debris removal on day of delivery

6. LCL rates are based on delivery within 50 mile radius of residence

RATES EXCLUDE

1. Customs clearance - normal clearance $ 150.00

2. Fees such as VACIS, US Customs examination, Demurrage, Per Diem, other

3. Wharfage, THC, NVOCC charges, forklift, document transfer, container chassis rental, CUC, Pier Pass, all other NVOCC charges. IF NOT PREPAID these charges will  incur a $ 70.00 handling fee

4. Storage, warehouse handling, re-delivery charges

5. Delivery above 2nd floor, over 75' from curb to residence, shuttle charges

6. Third party furniture assembly, piano, grand piano, heavy items (safe, etc)

7. Overtime or weekend / holiday delivery

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

For used household goods and personal effects shipments, the following documentation is required for clearance into the United States:

Please note that US Customs requires legible documents. Scan and email is preferred

AUTOMOBILES must meet EPA Form 3520-1 and DOT Form HS-7 requirements before arrival in the United States

CONSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS

DOCUMENTATION

All documents needed for customs clearance and delivery have to be on hand at least 1 week before shipment arrival into US port.
Letter of instruction must reflect weight, dimensions, piece count, contact and delivery instructions, billing instructions.
No Original Bill of Lading is needed for customs clearance in the United States - $ 50.00 messenger charge will apply if Original Bill of Lading is issued

OTHER

1. All rates are in US DOLLARS

2. LCL rates are based on net weight

3. Payments via wire transfer have to be in the full invoice amount, bank fees to be covered by payee

4. Credit terms: 30 days credit for established customers - payment before delivery for new customers
